Recipe: Higher Protein Buffalo Chicken Dip

A one pot dip you don't need to feel guilty about. All the flavors of buffalo chicken wings but in dip form. I serve this with celery sticks, carrot sticks and sliced bell pepper scoops. But of course it would be great with tortilla chips and crackers as well. It is the perfect dip for any game day bbq!





2 Large cooked chicken breasts, shredded

8 oz full fat cottage cheese, strained

½ c Franks Red Hot Hot Sauce

½ cup freshly grated mozzarella

¾ c freshly grated cheddar- divided

¼ c blue cheese + more for garnish

½ greek yogurt

½ t garlic powder

½ t onion powder

½ c chopped green onion + more for garnish


In a large bowl add all ingredients together and stir until combined while reserving ½ of the amount of cheddar to top the dip. Dot with blue cheese and bake at 400 degrees for approx 18 minutes until bubbly and gooey. Sprinkle with chopped green onion. Enjoy!
